Ingredients:
• 2 eggs
• 1 tbsp butter
• 25g mature cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions:
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat until foaming.
3. Pour in the eggs and cook for 1-2 minutes until the bottom is set.
4. Sprinkle cheese over one half of the omelette.
5. Fold the other half over the cheese and cook for another minute until the cheese melts.
