Ingredients:

• 2 bone-in pork chops
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp honey
• 2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• Green salad, to serve

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, honey, mustard, garlic, and paprika. Rub the mixture over both sides of the pork chops and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

2. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Add the pork chops and cook for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and cooked through.

3. Serve hot with your favourite salad or steamed veg.
