Ingredients:

• 500g lean beef mince
• 1 small onion, grated
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 tsp mixed herbs
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
• Salt and pepper, to season
• Spray oil

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix until everything is well combined.

2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs using damp hands for easier rolling.

3. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil and arrange the meatballs inside.

4. Cook at 200°C for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until browned and cooked all the way through.

5. Serve hot with your choice of salad, wraps, or pasta.
