Ingredients:
• 500g lean beef mince
• 1 small onion, grated
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 tsp mixed herbs
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
• Salt and pepper, to season
• Spray oil
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
2. Roll the mixture into small meatballs using damp hands.
3. Spray the air fryer basket with oil and place the meatballs inside.
4. Cook at 200C for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until browned and cooked through.
5. Serve with a dip or in wraps, salads, or pasta.
