Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp yogurt
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp white wine vinegar

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and white wine vinegar to make your creamy dressing.

2. In a large sealable jar or container, pour the dressing in first to keep it at the bottom.

3. Layer in the salad ingredients in this order:
- Salami
- Cheddar cubes
- Olives
- Cucumber
- Cherry tomatoes
- Red onion
- Red pepper
- Lettuce leaves
- Croutons on top (to keep them crunchy)

4. Seal the jar and refrigerate until lunchtime.

5. When ready to eat, give the jar a really good shake to distribute the dressing, then enjoy straight from the jar or tip into a bowl.
